Hippitots Policies & Procedures
In order to ensure the effective running of the nursery, we have documented many policies and procedures. A full set of these are available for anybody to view in the nursery on request and a selection will be available on Famly. Parents and carers will be provided with key policies and procedures when they enrol their child. Our policies and procedures are under constant review and available to view on the Famly app upon enrolment.

Data Protection
At Hippitots Children’s World, we take the privacy and security of your family’s information very seriously.
When you share personal details with us — such as contact information, enrolment forms, or your child’s records — we handle it carefully and in line with UK data protection laws.
We only use the information you provide for nursery purposes, including: supporting your child’s learning and care, communicating with you, and meeting our legal obligations. We never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to see the information we hold about you and your child, request corrections, or ask for certain data to be removed, where legally appropriate. Our team is always happy to answer any questions you have about how your information is handled.
