About us
We are here to help parents raise happy and healthy children
Welcome to Coxhoe's longest established childcare setting. We are proud to have been a part of the local community for over 22 years. Hippitots are dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching environment where your child can thrive and grow.
Our traditional building has all the character and homely facilities which give children attending our setting a secure start to their early year’s journey.
We can accommodate 48 children across
3 main play spaces within the setting, with access to a large, enclosed garden at the rear of the building.

The Baby Room
Babies thrive when they have developed secure bonds and attachments, which enable them to gain confidence to play and explore independently.
Little Rainbow Room
Our aim is to support children as they grow from a dependent toddler into an independent 3-year-old.
The Jigsaw Room
Our pre-school team creates a nurturing, play-focused learning atmosphere where every child can flourish.

Children have the opportunity to explore the individual play spaces, engaging with the separate learning areas at their own pace. We have a large, enclosed garden which provides children with the opportunity to move their body freely, whilst exploring their natural environment.
Experienced Early Years Teachers
Our Paediatric First Aid trained Early Years Teacher's possess a blend of skills and qualities, including patience, empathy, strong communication and a love for children, whilst having the ability to create engaging learning environments through play and creativity.
